Are you new to user research, or would like to develop your skills?
This course is for you
How can this training help you?
This is designed for people new to user research, or those with some research background who are looking to learn and improve their research skills.
We focus on the realities of conducting user research and what it’s really like. Helping you to overcome the challenges no one prepares you for, both in the ‘doing’ of research and the 80% of the stuff around it that makes your research succeed.
This 5-part online course is designed as an introduction to user research in digital product or service-based teams. It will help you with getting started, and if you’ve already started, give you the confidence and reassurance to know what you’re doing.
We’ll cover:
Module 1: Different project environments and the role of a user researcher (1 hour)
Module 2: What you need in place before doing any user research (2 hour)
Module 3: Prioritising and planning user research (2 hour)
Module 4: Doing user research (methods deep-dive) (3 hour)
Module 5: Analysing, communicating and presenting user research (2 hour)
These modules are also available as individual, live training sessions - get in touch for details
