Partnerships with teams

Our partnerships are for teams of any size with researchers in them, or brand new teams looking to build a user research function.

We’ll shape this with you and your team.

We can help with:

  • Refreshing your ResearchOps to support good quality research at pace, including building an inclusive participant recruitment panel with your users

  • Establishing a Community of Practice and hiring, coaching or developing user researchers from entry to senior level

  • Creating principles and ways of working for what good research means for your team and how to deliver this practically in your work

I offer ad-hoc support or partnerships over a longer term basis.

Testimonials

"Sophie is the best researcher we’ve ever worked with. She’s meticulous and has an amazing ability to hone in on user and organisation needs in a way that’s holistic and supportive. This means her results really open eyes to what should be done straight away to make a better user experience, but also shows the potential of longer-term changes. Her approach doesn’t just look at tasks to hand, but organisation, communication, culture and people strategy. She hand holds clients through the process and helps them do more themselves. Sophie is also incredibly approachable and easy to work with. She gets the best out of everyone she works with."
